Customer Service is of significance for EMCLAB, even after the sale. Therefore we offer workshops for the usage of spectrophotometers for our dealers. The trained dealers will pass their knowledge on to you. Before shipping a spectrophotometer we calibrate the instruments and optionally it is possible to purchase the EMC-Set-100 to calibrate the instrument in a frequent manner. Additionally, we are providing our catalogues for EMCLAB's diverse products on this website, with an option to download.
